Adventure Development
Adventure Development Limited (ADL) is a not-for-profit organisation providing innovative and high-quality services to young people and whānau experiencing challenges to their wellbeing. The ADL management team required strategic and branding support to take the next steps in their organisational journey.
Walsh & Beck were engaged to help ADL gain a better understanding of their brand how it could be developed. Our team approached this brand review project from several different angles, including a visual audit of all communication devices being used, to determine what was working and where development was required. We interviewed staff and management within the organisation, surveyed a wide range of stakeholders involved with ADL from around the region, and we talked to some of the young people engaged with various services. The brand review culminated in 13 recommendations that would enable the organisation to take the next step in their journey.
From the brand review we developed a simple communications strategy to deliver the recommendations identified. This included defining the organisation’s key messages, target audiences and the communication activities required to achieve the organisation’s objectives.
