ShelterBox is an international disaster relief charity that delivers emergency shelter, warmth and dignity to people affected by disaster worldwide.

ShelterBox NZ engaged Walsh & Beck in March 2015 to assist with the development and implementation of their communications strategy.

The development of the strategy was undertaken in two sections; firstly a communications audit was conducted, the purpose of which was to gain a stronger understanding of ShelterBox NZ and to make informed strategic recommendations regrading communications activities.

The second component was a comprehensive communications strategy. The strategy provided a cohesive plan for the 12 months, with ongoing strategic communications that provided direction and consistent messaging across all initiatives.
