Clutha Health First is a community owned healthcare provider, offering hospital, community and general practice services to the Clutha District.
Clutha Health First engaged Walsh & Beck to review the ways in which they communicate with the community and to make improvements in this process.
Our team employed a range of research techniques to gather information including talking to over 120 public, staff and community stakeholders about their communications needs, the kinds of information they required, how they prefer to access information, and what is important in a healthcare provider. The knowledge gained from this research informed the communications strategy for the organisation.
The decision was made to evolve the Clutha Health First brand to one that better represented all facets of the organisation. To support the rebrand a suite of site specific, professional images of services, staff and patients was produced for use across the new website and all collateral.
Clutha Health First now has a clean, easily recognisable brand that better represents the organisation, and is functional across all aspects of the organisation.
