With over 30 years in the industry, Wenita are the largest producers of forestry products in Otago, supplying to local and international markets. In 2023, Wenita engaged Walsh & Beck to develop the organisation’s marketing and communications strategy.
We began the process by conducting a stakeholder research project, the findings of which provided us with a wide range of company and industry insights and perceptions. This information guided the direction of the strategy and led to the development of a resource kit to convey Wenita’s values, their commitment to sustainable forest management practices, and biodiversity initiatives in the community. The resource kit includes document templates, digital assets, a photography library to use across all communications and collateral
